CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM by the president Chuck Needham.

ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA

- Alvin Willard presented the report from the committee on the Club Manager Job Description.

- The person who is hired will be paid a salary and a 50% commission on all merchandise profit over a specified threshold.

- His/her performance will be monitored and evaluated based on Golf Club Manager Job Description and as otherwise directed by the Pro Shop Committee.

- It would be a one year contract from Jan 01 to Dec 31 with a pay period from April 15 to October 15.

- Questions were raised on how to account for in house prizes.

- The idea of hiring members to run the Pro Shop outside of summer hours was discussed.

- In preparation for the AGM 29 November, Alvin will photocopy all info to be mailed out. Penny Graydon to compile and make labels. Joe and Penny and Kathy to help stuff envelopes and mail letters by Monday 16 November.
