1. Meeting called to order 6:34 PM

2. Additions to the agenda: None

3. There were no minutes from the October presented.

4. Business arising from the minutes: None

Reports:

Greens

- Nets from the driving range need to be secured.

- Greens to be monitored over the winter.

Clubhouse

- Clubhouse has been closed down. Remaining food has been put into storage.

- Hours of operation to be re-examined.

- Bar cart to be re-examined

- Do we need to provide full meals service or just sandwiches.

- We could look into catering the big events.

Finance

- Clubhouse expenses are up $7,000.00, wages are up $3,000.00.

- Pro shop has $19,000 left over in merchandise.

- Need to have a good look at what merchandise we carry.

- All expenditures to be re-examined.

- No silver bullet solution envisioned, an integrated approach will be needed.

Tournaments

- Tournament fees to be re-examined.

- Men’s nights need to sustainable.

Advertising

- Annual meeting November 30 at 2:00 PM to be advertised on CJTT

Membership

- Membership 285 vs 330 (2007), net loss of 45.

Motion to accept the Committee reports by Alvin Willard, seconded by Joe Marsh. CARRIED

New Business

- All committees to prepare reports for the annual meeting 30 November. 60 copies of each report are to be made available for distribution at the AGM.

- Mike Bonnah to receive any proxies that are presented.

Next meeting will be the Annual General Meeting, November 30, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Dymond Hall.
