3. Adoption of the April Minutes

4. New Business

a. Campsalls (Murray) to close clubhouse in the fall, approx. cost $400.00 - not approved

b. Minutes to be posted on the website. Minutes to be given to Ben Drainville

c. Sign for Club house and Proshop - wait until website is updated before signs go up

Reports:

Greens

- Ice problems have damaged the greens but they are fighting back but 9 and 18 are not great

- Will open the greens as they become ready, hopefully we will be on 10 to 12 greens by the weekend

- Wants to have three pin placements per green

Pump House

- Irrigation system working well, pressure switch and control box replaced

- Casing - quote for $1400.00 for cast iron replacement. Brian will check if he can fix it for nothing

Water Reports

- Two failed tests 1^st test + 200, 2^nd test + 91

- UV light would help $400.00 plus installation

- “Do Not Drink The Water” signs are posted

Motion to accept reports as presented by B Flaxey - CARRIED

New Business

- George Beasley to watch over the clubhouse

- Alvin Willard - finance

- Nine (9) hole green fees $20.00

- Judy and Pat Charbonneau will be asked to help at the scoreboard at Early Bird tournament

- North Cobalt Flea Market - gift certificates

- Tim Hortons - golf balls

- Gabes Auto Body parts - tape measures

- Haileybury Golf Club - green fee passes

- Super Mens Nite post-poned until June 14^th

- Advertising CJTT on Monday and Wednesday for upcoming events, Thursday results

- Family memberships

- Should have a family rate, Haileybury rate is $1135.00

Motion by Al Willard, seconded by M Bonnah that family membership are as follows

- Husband and Wife $1250.00 Juniors under 12 - $50.00 per child, juniors 13 and over $75.00 per child, May 2 until May 31 only CARRIED
